Setting save problem

Hi, I bought this game 50 minutes ago. I would like to play it, but i couldn´t save any settings change, because my mouse pointer doesn´t react exactly. If I click for example exactly on the dificulty in the settings, it changes left hand/ right hand control. Then I couldňt click on Save. If click here, it changes me the e-mailo adress. Can you someone help me please? I couldn´t start Championship for the same reason. Thx for help

Its any possibility, how i could change resolution if I could not save changes of my setting? I play this Game on W7...
