Problems with creating fins in blender!

hi
I wanted to make new fins so i tried to make some fins. here's what ive done.
I made the fin in blender, textured it, and exported it to OGRE mesh.
Ive putted the xml in the mesh convertor.
replaced it with fin01 (blender) and replaced fin-01 (material). in the windsurfing MMX folders (the right ones :D). and the textures of course

when I want to start wmmx, this comes up:

What have i done wrong?

Yeah you have to put the Skeleton Link Inside the mesh xml file. Maybe there is something in the Topic for my Quad fins

but I doesn't find the skeleton file of the other fins.
