The problem is cleared, it depends on the resolution 800x600!
In every other resolution, even the highest, 1400x900, there are no blackstripes but the full screen!
And even much better optics and contures!

did you set the game resolution correctly too? try some different ones in full screen... What do you mean by game resolution? windows 7 chooses himself the lowest resolution when starting the game!
