MONTHLY COMPETITION
INSTRUCTIONS & CONDITIONS

Starting August 4 2008, a new competition system takes place on our website.

PAYMENT:

Prize money will be paid out to the 10 best competitors every month according to the following pattern:

1st Competitor wins 20 Euro

2nd Competitor wins 15 Euro

3rd Competitor wins 12 Euro

4th Competitor wins 10 Euro

5th Competitor wins 8 Euro

6th Competitor wins 7 Euro

7th Competitor wins 6 Euro

8th Competitor wins 5 Euro

9th Competitor wins 4 Euro

10th Competitor wins 3 Euro

To get paid at the end of each month, it is mandatory to have a Paypal account. If you have purchased the game, it should be the case anyway. Gains will be directly transferred on it at the beginning of the following month (September, October, November, December and January).

DURATION:

The competition will take place during the months of August, September, October, November and December 2008.

REQUIREMENTS:

To be able to take part to it, you will need the following:

- If you still have not purchased it, buy Windsurfing 2007.

- Download and install the latest patch for the game (mandatory to be able to submit scores!).

- Inside the game, go to settings and enter your nickname and registered e-mail address used to buy the game (section “Export of scores to the website”). It has to be the e-mail address you used to buy the game, otherwise score submissions won’t succeed.

- To get paid at the end of each month, you need a Paypal account. If you have purchased the game, it should be the case anyway.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

After the end of each race, your score will be sent over to the website, where it will be saved and shown in the “Competition” area. In order for this to work, you will need to have an internet connection while playing, and have entered your settings properly.

Inside the main table you can see the current overall rankings for which prize money will be paid out. Submission will be automatically closed at the end of each month.

Terms and conditions:

Entry to the monthly competition is restricted to one entry per game purchase. Addresses will be checked.

1. Should tax liability arise, then it will be the responsibility of the winners to notify their own Government's relevant tax department. Windsurfing-The-Game takes no responsibility or liability for taxation or for any other costs incurred in connection with the prize money received in this competition.

2. Windsurfing-The-Game reserves the right to suspend, change or terminate the competition at any time and for any reason, without notice. It is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as final, and that the entrants agree to abide by the rules. The prize is not transferable and not exchangeable. There will be no refund in the event of cancellation by the player.

3. The prize money will be awarded to the first ten competitors of the overall ranking at the end of each month. The winners will be notified by e-mail within 5 days. The judges decision will be final. Windsurfing-The-Game will not enter into correspondence on any matter to do with the prize winnings. The decision of Windsurfing-The-Game shall be final and legally binding.

4. By entering this competition, entrants are agreeing to abide by these rules and any conditions.
